I have 22 years of Academic experience as a Kannada Lecturer, HOD, Principal & Academic Director.This Academic experience helped me to built this Educational Institution and to become a Chairman. ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಬೆಳೆಸಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು, ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ಕಲಿಕಾ ವಾತಾವರಣದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಿಸುವುದು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ತರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಮಾನದಂಡವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರ ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
