The SEBA combination is designed for students who are keen on pursuing careers in commerce, business, finance, economics, or related fields. This course provides a strong foundation in understanding business operations, financial management, economic theory, and statistical analysis. It equips students with the analytical and decision-making skills necessary for future studies and career success in the commerce domain
Subjects Offered
Statistics
Introduction to data analysis, probability, correlation, regression, index numbers, time series, and statistical tools used in business.
Economics
Micro and macroeconomic concepts, Indian economic development, economic reforms, and current economic issues.
Business Studies
Principles of management, entrepreneurship, business finance, marketing, and business environment.
Accountancy
Basics of financial accounting, recording transactions, preparation of final accounts, and introduction to computerized accounting.
Languages
First Language: English (Compulsory)
Second Language (Choose One): Kannada / Hindi / Sanskrit
Course Duration
2 Academic Years
I PUC (1st Year)
II PUC (2nd Year)
Includes both internal assessments and final board examinations conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have successfully completed:
SSLC / ICSE / CBSE / or any equivalent examination recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
